The risk

Contamination is a slow-motion outage.

Every door swing, cooling cycle, and equipment install carries particulate into your white space. It settles in the subfloor plenum, recirculates through your cooling system, and lands on the hardware you're paid to keep running.

Thermal and electrical

Overheating & shorts

Dust films insulate components and clog intakes, driving fan loads and thermal events. Conductive particles like zinc whiskers can short circuitry outright.

Fire systems

Accidental suppression discharge

Particulate in detection systems can trigger false alarms, or worse, a full suppressant release. One discharge can cost more than a decade of cleaning.

Warranty and compliance

Failed audits & voided coverage

Hardware vendors and insurers increasingly expect documented environmental conditions. No records means no leverage when a claim or audit lands.

Services

Built for live critical environments.

Every service is performed with HEPA-filtered equipment rated to 0.3 microns, anti-static consumables, and protocols designed for occupied, operational facilities. No downtime required.

Server room cleaning

Complete technical cleans of enterprise server rooms and comms spaces: floor surfaces, subfloor, overhead, and room envelope, scheduled around your operations.

Data hall cleaning programs

Recurring quarterly or semi-annual programs for data halls and colocation white space, with frequencies matched to your traffic, filtration, and ISO target.

Post-construction cleans

Staged cleans that take a build or retrofit from construction dust to commissioning-ready, verified against ISO 14644-1 before your equipment powers on.

Remediation & decontamination

Zinc whisker remediation, flood residue, fire and smoke particulate, suppressant discharge. We stabilize the environment and get you back online.

Environmental testing & reporting

Laser particle counts, temperature and humidity profiling, and ISO 14644-1 classification testing, delivered as audit-ready documentation for your compliance file.

How it works

Assessment first. Then a plan, not a pitch.

We start by measuring your environment, because you can't manage contamination you haven't quantified.

The difference

Why your janitorial contract can't cover this.

General cleaning crews do good work. In offices. Inside white space, standard tools and chemicals actively create risk: moisture, wax residues, static, and unfiltered exhaust.

Documentation

If it isn't measured, it didn't happen.

Most cleaning vendors hand you an invoice. We hand you evidence: the paper trail your auditors, insurers, and hardware vendors actually ask for.

Particle count certificates

0.5 µm and 5.0 µm counts per cubic metre, before and after service, mapped against ISO 14644-1 Class 8 thresholds.

Photo-verified scope

Time-stamped imagery of subfloor, overhead, and equipment areas. Proof of work in spaces nobody looks at until something fails.

Exception flagging

We report what we find: zinc whisker indicators, moisture, filter bypass, cable debris. Early warnings before they become incidents.

Common questions

What facility managers ask us.

Can you clean while the data centre is live?

Yes, that's the default. Our protocols are designed for occupied, operational environments: ESD-safe tools, HEPA-sealed vacuums, no liquids near hardware, and controlled tile lifting that never opens more than your airflow can tolerate. Off-hours and low-load windows are available where your change control requires them.

How often should a server room or data hall be cleaned?

It depends on traffic, construction activity nearby, and filtration quality. Typical programs run quarterly for the white space with an annual subfloor plenum clean, but that's exactly what the free assessment determines. We'll recommend a frequency based on your measured particle levels, not a sales quota.

Our janitorial vendor already wipes down the room. Isn't that enough?

Unfortunately it can make things worse. Standard vacuums exhaust fine particulate back into the air, cleaning chemicals leave ionic residue on ESD floors, and untrained crews near live racks are a risk your insurer wouldn't love. Technical cleaning is a different discipline with different tools, training, and coverage.

What does the free particle assessment include?

A roughly 90-minute site visit: laser particle counts at multiple points, visual inspection of the white space, subfloor plenum, and overhead pathways, plus a review of filtration and entry controls. You get a written findings summary whether or not you hire us.

What are zinc whiskers and should I worry?

Microscopic conductive filaments that grow on electroplated surfaces, often the underside of older floor tiles. When disturbed, they become airborne and can short components. If your facility has raised flooring more than a few years old, an inspection is cheap insurance; remediation is one of our specialty services.

Are you set up for enterprise procurement and secure sites?

Yes. Certificates of insurance, WCB clearance letters, background-checked staff, and vendor portal registration are standard. For government or high-security facilities, enhanced screening and site-specific security protocols are available.
